Aaron West and the Roaring Twenties is the side project of Dan "Soupy" Campbell, vocalist of The Wonder Years. On this project, he focuses more on acoustic, indie, and folk sounds, as opposed to the blistering pop punk he creates with his band. One aspect of this project that is not different from The Wonder Years is the excellent storytelling present in the music. Campbell is excellent at creating a cohesive narrative with his songs, and this project is no exception.
